General Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to the use of the ph999 platform (website: ph999.life and its associated mobile app). By creating an account, making a deposit, or using any service on ph999, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms.
Ph999 reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified by SMS or email to their registered mobile number. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Important: ph999 services are intended for personal and recreational use only. Betting for commercial purposes or on behalf of third parties is strictly prohibited.
Account Registration
You must provide accurate and truthful information when registering on ph999. ph999 reserves the right to suspend any account created using false or misleading details.
What you need to register
- An active Bangladeshi mobile number (verification is mandatory)
- Correct date of birth (minimum age of 18 must be verified)
- A strong password (at least 8 characters, including one number)
- Email address (optional, but useful for password recovery)
Each person may only hold one account. If a duplicate account is detected, both accounts will be closed and all bonuses forfeited. Members are solely responsible for the security of their own accounts.
Note: ph999 representatives will never ask for your account password or OTP. If anyone does, it's a scam – disconnect immediately and notify support.
Eligibility Requirements
The following requirements must be met to become a member of ph999:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must reside in Bangladesh or hold Bangladeshi citizenship
- Mental capacity – registration must be voluntary and made with full awareness
- Registration is not available to anyone on ph999's self-exclusion list
- Betting with third-party funds is strictly prohibited
Minor Protection: ph999 takes the protection of minors from betting very seriously. If you suspect that an underage person is accessing your account, please contact support immediately.
Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on ph999 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The key rules for deposits and withdrawals are outlined below:

Important Withdrawal Rules
- Withdrawals must be made using the same method as the original deposit (exceptions may apply in certain cases)
- Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the required turnover has been completed
- At least one successful deposit must be on record before a withdrawal can be made
- KYC verification is mandatory for withdrawals exceeding ৳50,000
- Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended if any suspicious activity is detected
Please note: ph999 does not charge any withdrawal fees. However, your bKash or Nagad app may apply its own cash-out fees — that is entirely separate from us.
Bonuses & Promotions
All bonus offers on ph999 are subject to the general rules below. Each offer may also carry its own specific terms, which are listed separately on the promotions page.
General Bonus Rules
- The welcome bonus can only be claimed once per account
- To claim a bonus, you must activate the relevant option at the time of deposit — it cannot be added afterwards
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly – the required turnover must be completed first
- Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days. Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled upon expiry
- Any attempt to claim bonuses through fraudulent means will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings
- Any attempt to claim the same bonus from multiple accounts is detected automatically
Turnover Calculation Rules
- A minimum odds of 1.50 is required for bets to count toward turnover
- Bets placed at odds below 1.50 will not count toward turnover
- Voided, pushed, or refunded bets will not count toward the turnover requirement
- Hedging — placing bets on opposing outcomes of the same event to meet turnover requirements — is strictly prohibited
- Certain bonuses may be restricted to Sports Betting or casino use only
Betting Rules
All bets on ph999 are accepted only when your account has sufficient balance. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled — so make sure of your decision before placing it.
Bet Settlement Policy
- Bets are settled as soon as the event concludes — typically within 30 minutes of the match ending.
- Settlements are based on official results. Any incorrect settlement identified will be corrected accordingly.
- If a match is abandoned, postponed, or incomplete, settlement will follow ph999's designated rules.
- Some in-play bets may be voided due to temporary delays in live data feeds.
Reasons for Bet Cancellation
- If an event is cancelled or abandoned before its scheduled start
- If a bet is accepted due to incorrect odds or a technical error
- During an investigation into suspected match-fixing or fraud
- If an attempt is made to gain an unfair advantage by placing opposing bets on the same event
Maximum bet limit: ph999 sets maximum bet limits on specific events and markets. These limits may vary depending on the significance of the event and market liquidity.
Casino Rules
Ph999's casino section offers slots, live dealer games, table games, and virtual games. All casino games are powered by third-party game provider software.
General Casino Game Rules
- Each game carries its own RTP (Return to Player) rate, which is displayed in the game's information section
- For games interrupted by technical issues, ph999's decision is final
- Separate bonus terms may apply for slots and live games
- In Live Dealer games, the dealer's decision is final — in the event of a technical issue, the round may be voided
- Software provider rules apply for progressive jackpots
Live Casino Special Rules
- If a connection is lost during a live game due to network issues, bets will be voided or settled based on the server's recorded data
- Abusive behaviour toward dealers in live chat is not tolerated — violations may result in account suspension
- Always check the table limits (minimum/maximum bet) before joining a Live Casino table

When KYC Is Required

Documents required for KYC
- National ID Card (NID) – clear photos of both sides
- Selfie holding your NID (both your face and the card must be clearly visible)
- If needed: a passport or driving licence is also accepted

Responsible Betting

Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Ph999 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:
- If any provision of these terms and conditions is violated
- If evidence of operating multiple accounts is found
- If bonus abuse or hedging bets are detected
- If money laundering or any illegal activity is suspected
- If false information is provided during KYC verification
- If illegal software or bots are used in betting
Before closing an account, ph999 will notify the member by email or SMS (in cases of clear evidence of fraud, the account may be closed immediately). Any legitimate remaining balance will be refunded within 30 days.
Dispute Resolution Process
If a dispute arises over a bet or transaction, it can be resolved through the following steps:
- Step 1: Contact support directly via live chat or email. Most issues are resolved at this stage.
- Step Two: If the issue remains unresolved after 48 hours, please submit a formal complaint form.
- Step Three: The ph999 management team will review your complaint and typically issue a decision within 7 business days.
Important: Including your bet ID, date, amount, and screenshots when filing a complaint will help us resolve it faster.
Terms Amendment Policy
Ph999 may update these terms and conditions at any time. The notification method varies depending on the nature of the change:
- Minor changes: Notified by updating the "Last Updated" date on the website
- Minor changes: A notification banner will be displayed on the website
- Major Changes: Prior notice will be sent via SMS or email, with a 7-day period before changes take effect
Continued use of ph999 after any changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you may close your account and receive a refund of your remaining balance.
